Indian skipper MS Dhoni,who did not keep wickets against the West Indies during the team’s tri-nation series opener in Jamaica yesterday after sustaining a hamstring injury while batting,was examined by the doctors before announcing that he is not fit to play.
“Dhoni is not feeling good. He is going to be examined. He has a hamstring issue,” a source in the BCCI said here.
Dhoni handed over the wicket keeping duties to teammate Dinesh Karthik in their opening match last night,which was won by the West Indies by one wicket at Sabina Park,Kingston.
India are to take on Sri Lanka tomorrow at the same ground and the source said that the selectors have called-up Ambati Rayudu to relpace MS Dhoni.
