MUMBAI, May 17: Director of State Public Health Services Subhash Salunke inaugurated the organisation of Lok-Vaidyak-Marathi (health promoters in Marathi) today at the beginning of a two day seminar on Media and Medical World’ held here.

The seminar organised jointly by the Indian Medical Association, College of General Practitioners, Maharashtra State faculty and Rajya Marathi Vikas Sanstha, Mumbai, was held at the Indian Medical Association Hall.

The main focus of deliberations included dissemination of health education for common man in Indian languages especially in his mother tounge.
