CHANDIGARH, MARCH 22: On the occasion of World Tuberculosis Day to be observed on March 24, a free medical camp would be organised by Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32, at Ram Darbar.

The camp would make preparations to deal with those suffering from bronchial asthma, cough and other respiratory problems. According to Ashok K. Janmeja, professor and head of Department of Chest Diseases and TB, GMCH, “senior doctors of the hospital will examine patients and the facility of blood tests and X-ray will also be provided. Free medicines will be distributed and information about the disease imparted.”

The camp would be held at Government Senior Secondary School, Ram Darbar, Phase II, and would be inaugurated by Director, GMCH, V. K. Kak.
