Hence, it can help treat every skin condition you might have!!! So the only question is, will you try and be consistent with it?”

Is it an effective remedy?

Dr Rinky Kapoor, consultant dermatologist, cosmetic dermatologist, and dermato-surgeon, The Esthetic Clinics stressed that it is vital to understand that one single drink can not significantly resolve all your skin or hair-related issues.

“It is essential to understand the root cause of these problems, and then create a tailored treatment plan to resolve them. There could be various factors that could lead to skin problems and hair fall such as vitamin and mineral deficiency, genetics, poor eating habits, hormonal imbalance, stress, depression, and certain medications,” said Dr Kapoor.

For glowing skin and healthy hair, individuals are advised to adjust their lifestyle habits such as eating a healthy diet with a variety of vitamins, minerals, and protein, staying hydrated, avoiding habits like smoking or drinking alcohol and considering exercising for more than 30 minutes.

“Consult experts or a doctor if your hair and skin issues sustain for a longer duration even after doing certain lifestyle modifications,” said Dr Kapoor.
