Russian magazine, Leaders, has come out with a new fragrance inspired by the Russian President Vladimir Putin himself. The perfume — called Leaders Number One and packaged in a black glass bottle with a profile of the Russian president on it — is on sale at Moscow’s main luxury department store GUM. Created by Belarusian-born perfumer Vladislav Rekunov, Leaders Number One is priced at $95.
Rekunov says that the composition was created to be “warm and well-rounded”, giving it an attractive feel. However, despite its warm and uniting properties, a lot of shoppers refused to try out the perfume for free — and those who did, said it smelled like cheap perfume. Leaders Number One is a limited edition release and is on sale till January 20.
This perfume comes right after Putin himself took out a special 2016 calendar featuring the Russian President in his many moods. Read the story here.
