Swine flu toll in Maha rises to 194

A total of 194 persons have died of Swine flu so far in Maharashtra,a health official said.

A total of 194 persons have died of Swine flu so far in Maharashtra,a health official said.

Till date,11,75,152 people have been examined for Swine flu,with 58,715 suspected patients being administered Tamiflu.

The number of persons who tested positive for the H1N1 influenza is 4,133 of which 3,885 have been treated and discharged.

Altogether 256 persons,including 54 positive and 202 suspected cases,are still being treated at various hospitals in the state,the official said.

Isolation wards have been set up at 101 places and screening centres at 607 places in the state.
