Wet haldi
Few peppercorns
Apple Cider Vinegar


*Slice the amla.
*Put all the ingredients into a mixie with some water and apple cider vinegar. Blend.
*Strain the residue. Drink the mixture.

How to have it?

Drink the freshly made concoction every morning.
