Another brand, Brown Bite, is a nascent chocolatier that opened its first outlet in Lajpat Nagar a week ago and its pitch of “ayurvedic chocolates” is enough to make trolley pushers stop on their tracks. According to its promoters, these chocolates have ingredients ranging from dried fruits to spices to nuts and boast a host of restorative properties. These are already having a tidal effect on customers, thanks to “their obvious health benefits”.
