The season of Easter is a long journey. A spiritual and personal journey that’s full of big and small sacrifices and since you have made it through the fasting of Lent and mourned Good Friday now it’s time for you and your family to celebrate the festival of Easter. Here’s the roundup of Easter festivities across the country.

Sunday buffet at The Oberoi
On March 27, the Easter Sunday buffet lunch at The Oberoi will be spread across two of their venues – Rim Naam (alfresco) and Le Jardin (indoors). Highlights of the buffet include savoury dishes like roast turkey, giblet gravy, Scottish  salmon Gravadlax, preserved lemon roast chicken, devilled eggs with chicken liver pate. And when it comes to desserts, how can you not have a Simnel cake on Easter? And if the desserts aren’t enough to keep your children happy, they can indulge in a variety of activities – from Easter egg hunts to Egg painting, with water tattoo artists and a magician to keep them entertained. And there’s more good news – a baby sitter will be there to ensure the parents can enjoy their meal in peace.
