East Asian delights at Foodhall
Foodhall’s East Asian promotion has many iconic dishes, but it also focuses on the lesser known cuisines of Korea and Indonesia among others. On offer are Indonesian Coconut Curry with Wild rice, Burmese Eggplant Curry with Sticky rice and Jackfruit and Star Anise Red Curry with Jasmine rice. Machan, the 24-hour international eatery at The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi introduces Iftar and Suhoor menus for the holy month of Ramadan.
They have curated special Iftar and Suhoor menus. Iftar dishes include beetroot cutlets, lamb shammi kababs, and phirni, while the Suhoor menu features Kamal Kadi Aur Khajur Ke Kebab, Nalli Nehari, Kheema Pao, Ghosht Ki Biryani, and Sheer Kurma.
