Nikhil Kamath recently weighed in on the debate between coffee and green tea, admitting that he used to drink the latter until three years ago because he was “sold” on the concept that it is healthy. “I didn’t drink coffee three years ago. Now, I feel like crap if I don’t have two coffees a day. I used to have green tea. Somebody sold me the concept that green tea is very healthy. Like everything in life, it’s cyclical. Now, when I look at a green tea bag, I think of microplastics,” Kamath said on his YouTube podcast.

The 38-year-old continued, “But back then, I used to drink green tea, put it on my face, and I used to just play with it. Coffee is hard to stop drinking. It’s such a big thing.”
