Does it ring a bell when we say, Navratri and healthy food go hand-in-hand? Maybe, yes for some and no for many– the debate never ends. With sattvik food on the menu, most people use this time to re-focus on their diet or atleast that’s what they like to believe. But more often than not, it’s the other way around. People gorge on deep fried snacks and high calorie sweets in the name of fasting and tradition and post Navratri complain of a growing waistline.

This season, pledge to eat healthy. Here’s a recipe by Bhakti Arora, Corporate Executive Chef at Sattviko to get you started.
