1 cup finely chopped ripe papaya
2 cups fresh yogurt
6 tbsp vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp chopped mint, 2 tbsp finely chopped green coriander
½ tsp black salt, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, or to taste
garnish a few papaya balls, mint sprig
* Beat the yogurt with salt, black salt, pepper. Add ice cream and beat well till creamy. Add coriander and mint.
* Mash papaya with a fork, add to the curd, mix well.
* Turn into a serving bowl, garnish and serve cold.
