Burger King Brazil launches pink Barbie-inspired burger and shake to celebrate movie release

The pink burger comes with “delicious smoky pink sauce, Ken’s potato which in this special shell package”, it added. The Barbie shake, on the other hand, comes with a pink doughnut. “No, they are not plastic… they are real food and AWESOME!”

Available now at all Burger King stores and drive-thrus across Brazil, if one orders the whole combo Barbie meal together, it will come in a special Barbie-themed box with fries and a soda drink.

As expected, netizens had lots to say about the eatery’s latest Barbie-inspired offerings.

“Honestly this looks good, is this coming to America?” a user wrote.

Another user wrote: “OMG I never wanted to go to Brazil more.”

“WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT brb going to brazil,” a user tweeted.

Burger King Brazil, however, isn’t the only outlet to have introduced a special menu honouring the Barbie movie. Australia’s Grill’d has also collaborated with Warner Bros for a limited-edition Barbie-themed menu. The eye-catching item on the menu is the Barbie Dreamburger which features a juicy grass-fed beef patty topped with pink mayo, cheese, pineapple, avocado, tomato, lettuce, onion, and tomato sauce. What makes this burger special is the pink panini bun.

The combo, called the Barbie Bundle, includes this burger, a refreshing pink soda drink, and the eatery’s signature Chippies with pink mayo. “Go full Barbie mode and get dressed in pink with your pals, grab a Barbie Bundle and peep the film!” Grill’d wrote.
