The actor can be seen doing Ustrasana or Camel Pose. The kneeling posture is an intermediate back-bending asana in modern yoga known to open Anahata or Heart Chakra. The yoga posture adds flexibility and strength to the body and also helps in relieving lower backache (under guidance) and improving digestion.
Earlier, she shared a video where she can be seen sweating it out in the gym. She captioned the post, “The body achieves what the mind believes. All functional exs squat with dumbell press, battle rope and ball switch abs workout,” she said.

While the benefits of functional workouts are well-known, the battle rope is one exercise with benefits that are far-ranging as they boost one’s range of motion. Regular rope practice is known to gradually improve mobility in one’s grip, as well as the movement in shoulders, hips, core, knees, ankles and feet.
