Many practitioners swear by yoga and its power to make one feel relaxed, inspired, and at peace — all at the same time. Malaika Arora, too, believes in the many benefits of the age old practice and is often seen impressing with her strong yoga game.

In a similar vein, the fitness enthusiast took to Instagram to share a video of herself practicing some back-bending and stretching yoga postures with the help of a yoga wheel. “Practicing yoga with a wheel can help you in releasing any negative emotions you may be holding onto,” she captioned the Instagram video.
