Other than being successful actors at the top of their game, Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt also happen to be fitness freaks. Both of them often take to the Internet, Instagram specifically, to share videos of their fitness regimes and gym workout sessions. So when Kaif posted a video of rigorously training Bhatt as she was in the middle of a squatting exercise, it was nothing but absolute #fitnessgoals!

Kaif took to her Instagram to share a short clip showing her counting as the Highway actor held dumb-bells and squatted. Kaif captioned the video, “This is what happens when @yasminkarachiwala doesn’t show up ….. you’re doing good @aliaabhatt …. don’t worry only 300 more squats …. #whatarefriendsfor #gymlife” indicating how she took charge when her trainer did not come. While Bhatt is seen heaving and groaning with each squat, Kaif goes on to count till 113, which is clearly not bad at all. No wonder celebrity fitness trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala is so sought after. There’s no taking a day off for her clients, it would seem.
