World Laughter Day falls on the first Sunday of May every year. This day conveys that laughter is the best medicine to ward off dangers of modern day monotonous and mechanised lifestyles. People of all age groups and from different walks of life used laughter as a medium to vent out negativities and usher in positive vibes in their lives, as they celebrated World Laughter Day.
