Swarovski charity auction for a ‘message’

The country’s elite,together with the Swarovski crystal lovers & collectors all came together for the Swarovski charity auction at the Taj Mahal Chambers Terrace in Mumbai.

The country’s elite,together with the Swarovski crystal lovers & collectors all came together for the Swarovski charity auction at the Taj Mahal Chambers Terrace in Mumbai.

Focused on investment in the sustainable management of our limited water resources,the Swarovski Water School with the ‘Annual Edition 2010 Tiger’ was the core initiative of this auction which supports a new project in India,to be caringly brought to life by those at WWF India and Swarovski.

“Completing our emotional “Endangered Wildlife” Trilogy 2008- 2010,we are pleased to introduce the third and final piece,the “Annual Edition 2010 Tiger”. Since 2008,the SCS has been joining the company’s mission on water education and now in 2010 invites others to participate in a cause very dear to Swarovski’s heart.

A very exciting project in collaboration with WWF awaits us in India within the catchment area of the Ganges,in and around the Keoladeo National Park,in Rajasthan. This project,‘The Living Ganges’ aims at equitable distribution of local water resources to the Keoladeo NP and the surrounding farming communities- a cause very dear to us at Swarovski.”
