That sometimes the most carefully curated fashion looks can go awfully wrong has been proven many times in the past. Be it Shraddha Kapoor’s baggy white tee paired with a sheer skirt, styled by Shaleena Nathani or Kareena Kapoor Khan’s gaudy separates, styled by Tanya Ghavri, we have seen many a fashion experiments fail. This was one such time when Neha Dhupia stepped out to make a sartorial faux pas.

Spotted on the set of Vogue BFFs, which she is hosting this season, the actor chose to wear a glitzy and baggy top from 431-88 by Shweta Kapur. Though we like the silver embellished number, we were quite horrified by the combination. The red and white striped pants from Zara that the actor donned would have done much better paired with a simple top, but stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania chose to marry dazzling with casual, resulting in the odd attire. Another element that we think was out of place was the fringes in red that hung from the actor’s wrist. We think styling them with an equally glitzy palazzo or skirt would have been top-notch. Having said that, we like how the actor kept the accessories to a minimum with just pearl drop danglers and rounded out her look with smokey eyes, pink lips and pin-straight hair.
