Konkona Sen Sharma recently attended the sixth edition of the Dharamsala International Film Festival, which takes place in McLeod Ganj, Dharamsala. The actor, who was there to present her film ‘A Death in the Gunj’ starring Kalki Koechlin and Ranvir Shorey, stunned onlookers in a traditional Tibetan dress, ‘chuba’. She twinned with Rima Das, the director of movie ‘Village Rockstars’ and both of them grabbed many eyeballs at the film festival.
Wondering what a chuba looks like? A long coat made of Tibetan wool, the outfit is mostly worn by the nomadic people living in the mountains of Tibet. It is basically a robe that is cinched a long sash at the waist. The National Award winning actor wore a grey chuba and paired it with a long coat designed by Rina Singh. Take a look at the pictures here.
The 37-year-old rounded off her look with sleek straight hair and minimal make-up.
Sharma is one actor who is the epitome of Indian beauty. Mostly seen wearing ethnic attires, the 37-year-old always manages to keep it simple and stylish at the same time.
At DIFF, the Wake Up Sid actor was also seen wearing a long striped coat from the house of Singh paired with a white kurta, black jeggings and boots. The beautiful actress sure seems to be having a gala time at the festival.
