This stunning piece, adorned with square-cut amethysts, was acquired by Kardashian at auction last year for $197,453, according to USA Today. Notably, it was believed to be the first public appearance of the necklace since Diana’s passing.

Kardashian paired the historic jewel with a custom white Gucci gown, a design that accentuated her frame and exuded timeless sophistication. To complete the ensemble, she added a delicate Tallarico pearl choker and a luxurious Bvlgari pearl and diamond necklace.
