After Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s Diwali bash, it was Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra who hosted a grand celebration for their friends from the industry. The function was attended by some of the biggest names of the entertainment world. Karan Johar, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arpita Khan Sharma, Aayush Sharma, Arbaaz Khan, Preity Zinta and many others attended the bash.
Host Shilpa Shetty posed for the shutterbugs along with husband Raj Kundra. Shetty who is known for her fusion sari style was seen in a conceptual sari gown from Amit Aggrawal’s latest collection. The metallic ruffle detailed sheer skirt was paired with a heavily embellished halter neck blouse. She completed the outfit with a pair of YSL tribute sandals, a pair of diamond earrings and hair left loose in her signature waves.
Meanwhile, Kundra wore a navy blue asymmetrical kurta and white pyjamas.
A look at who wore what at Shilpa Shetty’s Diwali bash:
Preity Zinta, who was also present at the event, was seen in a sea-green embellished lehenga with a scallop border. She wore a pair of golden earrings to complete the outfit and looked rather graceful.
Meanwhile, Jacqueline Fernandez looked stunning in a House of Masaba outfit. The monochrome white blouse with long sleeves and embroidered yoke was teamed with a gold motif organza lehenga skirt and a matching dupatta.
Filmmaker Karan Johar wore a velvet black sherwani and looked festive ready. He teamed it with a pair of shimmery black mocassins and looked rather dapper.
Ekta Kapoor wore a sea blue lehenga and teamed it with a navy blue off-shoulder blouse. She paired the outfit with heavy accessories. We think she looked quite lovely.
Salman Khan who was also present at the party was seen in a blue coloured Being Human T-shirt and a pair of denim.
Loveyatri star Aayush Sharma and wife Arpita Khan were also spotted at the event. Arpita wore a pastel pink embellished suit and teamed it with a pair of shimmery silver heels. Meanwhile, Aayush Sharma went for a silk Pathani suit.
Mom-to-be Neha Dhupia was also seen with husband Angad Bedi. While Dhupia wore a red oversized kurta palazzo, Bedi was seen in black overalls.
