Kalki Koechlin was recently spotted at an event wearing an Anavila Misra number. Styled by Shreeja Rajgopal, she picked a block print silk tunic dress for the actor. What we love about Koechlin‘s outfit is the unusual colour of the dress.

With her hair tied into a messy ponytail, she rounded up her look with minimal make-up and dark plum lips, which looked refreshing on her. She accessorised it with a mini clutch in the same shade as the outfit and statement earrings from Minerali Store. A pair of metallic-tan heels from Only Two Feet rounded out her look.

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt, who attended the Cleanathon India campaign event in Mumbai yesterday, was spotted wearing a Payal Khandwala ensemble. The colour-block outfit from the designer’s Fall 2017 collection, was more of a fusion dress that channeled her easy-breezy style statement. While we like the flowy dress, we feel she could have chosen a better colour combination or teamed it with a belt.

Styled by Ami Patel, the oversized silhouette of the dress with a V-neck zipper detailing added uniqueness to the outfit. Matching the colour of the dress, Bhatt teamed it with a magenta colour strappy heels and accessorised it with a pair of silver danglers from Sangeeta Boochra. She kept her make-up simple with pink lips, neutral make-up and centre-parted hair.
