Alia Bhatt finally made her Paris Fashion Week debut, and she did it in true Alia style — chic, effortless, and super stylish. Walking the open-air runway at the iconic Le Défilé show, the Jigra actor made everyone stop and take notes.

Alia, who walked for L’Oréal, wowed in a custom couture creation by Gaurav Gupta, which included a “metal-cast silver breastplate intricately adorned with swan’s head and wings interwoven with the body of a serpent, paired with black flared sharara trousers — a contemporised Indian silhouette.”

According to the label, Alia’s runway look is a variation of the corset first seen in the designer’s ‘Aaronaham’ collection at Paris Couture Week, SS’24.  The outfit’s see-through backside with black satin strips added just the hint of drama.

While some might expect something louder for a big fashion week moment, Alia’s understated choice was about quiet confidence.

Her accessory game was also on point, as she chose chunky rectangular silver hoops to complement the metallic shine of her breastplate. Her hair? Signature Alia — soft waves, the same hairstyle she rocked at her wedding — just that she opted for a wet-hair look this time. Her pinky nude shade added the perfect finishing touches.

“Dressing Alia for her debut walk at Paris Fashion Week is a moment of great pride for us. Alia personifies the values of Gaurav Gupta Couture — bold, fearless, and futuristic. Her presence on the runway wearing our designs celebrates our artistic vision and brings Indian couture to an international stage, showcasing the beauty of blending tradition with the future,” the designer said in a statement.

Speaking about her big moment on the Paris runway, Alia had said earlier, “Firsts are always special, and I’m deeply honored to walk for Le Défilé with L’Oréal Paris. Being among such inspiring, powerful, and confident women is a moment of pride for me.”

The Bollywood actor was named the Global Brand Ambassador for L’Oréal Paris recently.
