Lily-Rose Depp already has a Chanel campaign under her belt and it’s no secret that the actress has been a muse to Karl Lagerfeld for several years. Now, in a recent turn of events, we saw the teen strut the catwalk for the legendary brand in Paris – her debut to be precise. The 17-year-old modelled Chanel’s 2017 Métiers d’Art Collection on December 6. The glamorous location laid out informally with sitting tables added to the charm.
Depp dazzled in a glitzy gold co-ordinated set complete with sequins as she walked confidently in a pair of white leather heels. Her make-up was simply gorgeous with a blue two-tone effect for her eyes, a beautiful peach lip shade and a red manicure. The actress tied her hair with an elaborate navy headpiece. We think she looked absolutely lovely.
Soon after, Depp sported another outfit which was a mix of sheer shoulder straps and a frilly skirt. We are in love with this gothic look! The way the ensemble was teamed with a lace veil is just next level brilliance. We think she carried this look well too.
The collection was all about sophisticated French fashion. In an interview with WWD.com, Karl Lagerfeld said, “You have to walk as if you are walking into a chic restaurant, convinced that you are the most beautiful and chicest woman in the world — which you are. For me, it’s a certain idea of Paris: Gabrielle Chanel, the Ritz, the Hemingway Bar. This is the kind of Paris everyone would like to bring back.”
