The Nuclear Power Corporation of India limited (NPCIL) has invited applications for the post of executive trainees. The interested candidates can apply through the website – npcilcareers.co.in.
The online registration process will begin on April 11, 2023 and will close on April 28, 2023, according to the notification.
The posts for which candidates will be recruited are civil, electronics, chemical, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical and will be selected through their Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2021, 2022 and 2023 score card and will later on be called for a personal interview.
Male candidates belonging to the General, EWS and OBC categories will have to pay a non refundable fee of Rs 500 while the female candidates of all categories are exempted to pay this non refundable fee.
Categories wise break up for vacancies:
Total number of vacancies are 325, out of which 50 are reserved for the Scheduled Caste, 24 for Schedule Tribe, 94 for Other Backward Classes (Non Creamy Layer), 31 for Economically Weaker Sections and the rest for the General Category.
The Scheduled Caste, Schedule Tribe and Other Backward Classes (Non Creamy Layer) have a backlog of two, one and seven respectively.
