The Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) has released a notice regarding the recruitment of constables under Bihar Police. Candidates of the exam have been informed that the exam centre name has been noted incorrectly in the admit cards of a few candidates.
Candidates with roll numbers 5532020001 to 5532020600, 6632020001 to 6632020600 and 7729020001 to 7729020600 should note that the name of the centre which was previously printed as Sant Kabir High School, Samastipur must be corrected to Sant Kabir (Inter) College in Samastipur.
The Board will conduct the CBCS constable examination on October 15 and October 22, 2017 at a total of 592 exam centres across the state. The exams will contain objective type questions based on the school syllabus of class 10 and 12. It will be held for two hours and will carry a total weightage of 100 marks.
Those who clear the written test will be eligible to appear for the Physical Evaluation Test (PET) in which candidates will be tested through a race, shot put and high jump rounds. The final merit list will be based on the aspirrants’ performance in the written test and the PET.
Candidates can also duplicate the admit cards from October 10 to October 12, 2017 by photocopy of the application confirmation page at “Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment), Back Harding Road, Patna-800001”.
