Varanasi to Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express: Train number, route, distance, travel time

The Varanasi to Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express will run as train number 26422/26421. The train will cover a distance of 443 km in 07:40 hrs. This will be the fastest train on the route. The primary maintenance of this train will be carried out at Varanasi.

Date of launch

The much-awaited Varanasi to Khajuraho Vande Bharat train is set to be launched on Sunday, November 8. Speaking to Indianexpress.com, a senior railway official has confirmed the development. “Varanasi to Khajuraho Vande Bharat train will be launched on November 8,” the official said.

Number of coaches

The Varanasi to Khajuraho Vande Bharat train will be running with eight coaches. However, the train will have two types of seating arrangements: 7 air-conditioned chair car coaches and 1 executive air-conditioned chair car coach.

8th Vande Bharat train for Varanasi

The Varanasi to Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express will be the eighth such train from Varanasi. Currently, the total number of Vande Bharat trains originating and passing through Varanasi are seven.

The Varanasi to Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express train will cover the entire distance in less than eight hours.
