Tikait asks for better crop prices

Tikait said that loans are burden for every farmer,hence the government should give better crop prices to shield them against burden of loans.

Bharatiya Kisan Union president Mahendra Singh Tikait has asked the government to provide more profitable rates to the farmers for their produce instead of subsidised loans.

Reacting to the Union Budget,Tikait said that loans are burden for every farmer,hence the government should give better crop prices to shield them against burden of loans and uplift their standard of living.

He also asked the government to fix the support price of the produce before it goes to the market.
