Maoists continue their onslaught in Bihar as they blew up a newly-constructed police station and a block office building and also torched over a dozen trucks in Sasaram on Friday night. This is the third Naxal attack in a week in Bihar after ultras targeted Bhubhaneshwar Rajdhani and toll plaza in Gaya.

Additional director general of police (headquarters) P K Thakur told The Indian Express: “The incident took place at around 11 p.m. on Friday at Tilauthu under the same block. As the area is Naxal-infested,we had belated confirmation of the attack”.
