Computerisation of land records in Haryana

Land records are being computerised and cadastral maps of state being digitised under NLRMP.

Land records in Haryana are being computerised and cadastral maps of the state being digitised under National Land Records Modernisation Programme (NLRMP),an official spokesman said on Monday.

The programme undertaken by Haryana Space Application Centre (HARSAC),right of records in the state have already been computerised in the first phase and under second phase,maps (mussavis) were to be made online by digitising them,he said.

He said 121 primary control points and 581 secondary points have been identified at various sites in all the districts of the state by HARSAC for geo-referencing.

“Main objective of NLRMP is to develop a modern comprehensive and transparent land records management system in the country with an aim to implement conclusive land titling system,” the spokesman said.
