Rajasthan’s General Administration Department (GAD) has cancelled the allotment of a government bungalow to rebel cabinet minister Kirodi Lal Meena, who levelled snooping allegations against his own government last month.

According to GAD’s order from February 28, Meena was allotted the government bungalow number 3 on Hospital Road, Jaipur, under the Rajasthan Ministers’ Salaries Act, 1956. The allotment, according to the order, was “hereby cancelled with immediate effect as per the minister’s request”.
