(Express Archives: Prem Nath Pandey) A day after the Enforcement Directorate, which is probing an alleged money laundering case linked to a land deal in Gurgaon’s Shikohpur, filed a chargesheet naming Robert Vadra, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi said Friday that it is a continuation of a “witch hunt”.
The chargesheet was filed a day after the Central agency attached 43 immovable properties linked to Robert Vadra, and his entities, including Sky Light Hospitality Pvt Ltd, and others.
“My brother-in-law has been hounded by this government for the last ten years. This latest chargesheet is a continuation of that witch hunt. I stand with Robert, Priyanka and their children as they face yet another onslaught of malicious, politically motivated slander and harassment,” Rahul Gandhi said in a post on X.
