PM Modi takes a dig at Rahul Gandhi: Ahead of the Parliament monsoon session, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the media, celebrating Saturday’s rocket launch by an Indian startup and taking a dig at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. “Our youth is has endless possibilities just like space. Our youth is 28 years old, not 56-year-old,” he said in a reference to Rahul Gandhi’s age. He said, “This is an landmark achievement by our youth. The esteem of our youth is at endless heights, just like the space which is endless.” The Prime Minister avoided addressing the protest in Delhi by thousands of people over student suicides and national exam paper leaks. The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) is protesting less than 2 km away and have been blockaded by a heavily armed police force. Under the shadow of the protests, the monsoon session of Parliament is set for a stormy start, with Opposition MPs likely to corner the government on the NEET paper leak and Ayodhya Ram Temple donation theft cases.
