Dhingra’s complaint to the CM stated, “Since the assumption of power by your government, three mining firms, namely HSIIDC Ltd with permission to mine Rs 50 lakh tonne per annum on site comprising 258 hectares, M/S KJSL-Sunder (JV), Pitampura Delhi with permission to mine 150 lakh tonnes in area of 55.5 hectares and M/s Sainik Mining and Allied Services Limited were holding licence to mine in District of Bhiwani. Capt Abhimanyu did not allow HSIIDC Ltd to mine by raising obstacles which are technical in nature. Till date, HSIIDC has not been able to mine anything substantial in the allotted mine area.
“Similarly M/s KJSL was coaxed to sell its share of 51% to leader and Capt Abhimanyu’s Man Friday till other day Mr Naveen Goel…” (sic) Dhingra said Abhimanyu’s firm was extracting material to the tune of Rs 260 crore per year by paying Rs 26 crore per year.
Abhimanyu said, “We are a responsible and transparent government. Any allegation, even if it is false or mischievous, received by the government must be thoroughly considered… As a responsible minister, I welcome such a move… The complaint is false, mischievous and malicious. Facts must be brought on record.”
