SAD-BJP govt has failed to utilise central funds: Sonia

Gandhi says senior leadership will provide support needed to bring Cong back to power in state.

Congress President Sonia Gandhi has accused the SAD-BJP government in Punjab of being unable to utilise central money sent for the state’s development.
