He alleged BJP was neglecting development at a time when youth in the state want employment.
“BJP claims to have signed MOUs worth Rs one lakh crore but none of these MOUs has seen the light of the day. It is BJP’s habit to sign MOUs and do nothing. Instead, they are shutting the factories that exist,” he said.
