Woman dies of swine flu in Pune

A 42-year-old woman from Navi Peth died of swine flu (H1N1 virus) on Friday taking the death toll in the city to 18 since January.

A 42-year-old woman from Navi Peth died of swine flu (H1N1 virus) on Friday taking the death toll in the city to 18 since January. She died at Ruby Hall Clinic.

The woman had shown flu-like symptoms like fever and cough,besides breathlessness,from April 9 but had not taken any medication until April 15. According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) health authorities,she was admitted to Ruby Hall Clinic on April 15.
