Veteran politician and former Union Minister N D Tiwari has finally been ‘forced’ by a court order to give his blood sample in a paternity case filed by a 32-year-old man claiming to be his biological son. Should the court have been more ‘lenient’ towards Tiwari considering his age and stature? Or,has the court done well to ensure that the law takes its course?
Mohammad Ali Shahid: Justice?
Hariesh Chauhan: Budhdhaa Hogaa Teraa Baap, hahahahaa
Vinay Kumar: Are you falling back back to the jury system again? this time Jury is entire humanity . Justice is a quizzical and mysterious word.No one can write a judgment and be satisfied that she has done justice. its so relative. so we should always talk about relativistic justice which has been done in this case.
Jatin Chhapia: Finally lustful person in net of laws!32 saal baad ek bacche ko baap milega!
दिनेश आर्य ‘दीनू’: Justice is yet to come in this case but implimentation of procedural law is positive sign of a right path towards it.
Anupam Srivastav: I feel that this subject is too personal….and lot of individual profits are involved…so Court must be cautioned before proceeding further……this case will have long term social impact on our Indian society……as India is a society which keeps lot of relationships in hiding……sometime this case will open Pandora Box……
Firdous Bhat: Yes justice done. Justice means. justice is not only to be done but seem to have been done.
Suresh Natarajan: this man may have may big & small families and may have to do many DNA tests.
Arvind Dubey: I bet the DNA will not match..feels it will be doctored..!!!
Hariesh Chauhan: This BUDDHAA is the other face of Congi Congi Coin,on one side its Corruption, and on the other side its Lust.
