PWD officials held for graft suspended

The state government has ordered the suspension of executive engineer in PWD Satish Chiklikar and section officer Jagdish Wagh,who were arrested for accepting bribe of Rs 22,000 from a contractor in Nashik.

The state government has ordered the suspension of executive engineer in PWD Satish Chiklikar and section officer Jagdish Wagh,who were arrested for accepting bribe of Rs 22,000 from a contractor in Nashik. Sources in PWD ministry said CM Prithviraj Chavan had ordered their suspension.
