Protesting Hu visit,Tibetan sets himself on fire at Jantar Mantar

He was protesting against the visit of Chinese President Hu Jintao to India.

A 26-year-old Tibetan man,Jampa Yeshi,set himself on fire during a protest against the impending visit of Chinese President Hu Jintao here today.

Chinese President is scheduled to visit India on March 29 for the BRIC Summit in New Delhi.

Yeshi was rushed to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital where he is undergoing treatment.

He poured some fuel and set himself on fire in the Jantar Mantar at the capital and then ran into the crowd where he fell down.
