On day 2 of Narendra Modi’s maiden visit to Bangledesh, the prime minister began his day with a visit to the Dhakeshwari Temple in Dhaka. He arrived at the temple to the sound of drum beats and offered prayers. PM Modi latter on recieved the Bangladesh Liberation War Honour on behalf of Atal Bihari Vajpayee for his efforts in supporting Bangladesh during war. The prime minister will later address a select gathering of Indians living in Bangaldesh before taking the flight to Delhi.
