The leaders spoke to the minister about the support of 47 Islamic countries to India’s resolution for an International Day of Yoga and also said they agreed that Namaz too has yogic postures. “It was a very good meeting a large number of organisations… pledged to participate in the event. There is no compulsion for saying shlokas… People who do not want to recite shlokas can take the names of their own Gods too,” Naik said.
