The cyclonic circulation over Lakshadweep area and neighbourhood persists and now extends up to 0.9 km a.s.l.

East: Isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh,Assam,Meghalaya,West Bengal,Sikkim,coastal Orissa and mainly dry in Nagaland,Manipur,Mizoram,Tripura,interior Orissa,Jharkhand and Bihar.

North: Isolated places in Punjab,Himachal Pradesh,Jammu and Kashmir,east Rajasthan and mainly dry in Uttar Pradesh,Uttarkhand,Haryana and west Rajasthan.

Central: Isolated places in Madhya Pradesh,Vidarbha and Chattisgarh.

Peninsula: Isolated places in Konkan,Goa,Madhya Maharashtra,Marathwada,coastal Andhra Pradesh,Telangana,Kerala and mainly dry in Gujarat state,Rayalaseema,Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

A trough of low at sea level lies over south Andaman sea and adjoining area. A western disturbance as an upper air system extending up to 4.5 km a.s.l. lies over north Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir.

It is likely to move east northeastwards. A trough/wind discontinuity at 0.9 km a.s.l. runs from east Rajasthan to east Uttar Pradesh through Madhya Pradesh. The cyclonic circulation over Lakshadweep area and neighbourhood persists and now extends up to 0.9 km a.s.l.

A cyclonic circulation between 1.5 and 5.6 km a.s.l. lies over southeast Madhya Pradesh and adjoining Vidarbha. The cyclonic circulation over east Rajasthan and neighbourhood has become less marked. The cyclonic circulation over coastal Karnataka and neighbourhood has also become less marked.

Day temperatures were appreciably to markedly above normal in Assam,Meghalaya,Triura,Sub-Himalayan West Bengal,Sikkim,Uttarkhand,Haryana,Punjab,Himachal Pradesh,Jammu and Kashmir,Rajasthan,northwest Madhya Pradesh,Konkan,Goa,coastal Karnataka and Kerala and in some parts of Jharkhand and of west Uttar Pradesh and were above normal in southwest Madhya Pradesh and south coastal Tamil Nadu and in some parts of east Uttar Pradesh and in remaining parts of west Uttar Pradesh.

They were appreciably to markedly below normal in Vidarbha and in some parts of Chattisgarh,Telangana and of south interior Karnataka and were below normal in some parts of Marathwada,coastal Andhra Pradesh,Raalaseema and of south interior Tamil Nadu. They were normal over the rest of the country.

Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in some parts of south Orissa,Vidarbha,Telangana,south interior Karnataka and of Kerala and were below normal in north interior Karnataka and in remaining parts of Vidarbha.

They were appreciably to markedly above normal in Meghalaya,north Orissa,Jammu and Ksdhmir,west Rajasthan,Gujarat state,north Chattisgarh and in some parts of east Uttar Pradesh and of east Rajasthan and were above normal in Nagaland,Manipur,Mizoram,Tripura,Gangetic West Bengal,west Uttar Pradesh,north Madhya Pradesh and in some parts of Jharkhand,south Madhya Pradesh,south Madhya Maharashtra,south Chattisgarh and of Tamil Nadu.

They were normal over the rest of the country.

North: Isolated places in west Uttar Pradesh and mainly dry in east Uttar Pradesh,Uttarkhand,Haryana,Punjab,Himachal Pradesh,Jammu and Kashmir and Rajasthan.

Central: Isolated places in Madhya Pradesh,Vidarbha and Chattisgarh. Nagpur,Seoni 0.7 each,Gwalior 0.6,Betul,Datia 0.2 each,Sagar and Yeotmal 0.1 each.

Peninsula: Many places in south interior Karnataka; isolated places in Madhya Maharashtra,Tamil Nadu,north interior Karnataka,Kerala and mainly dry in Gujarat state,Konkan,Goa,Marathwada,Andhra Pradesh and coastal Karnataka. Coonoor 2.1,Nasik,Bangalore city 1.7 each,Chitradurga 1.5,Uthagamandalam 0.9,Dharampuri 0.5,Tutirocin,K Paramathy 0.3 each,Kodaikanal 0.2,Salem,Gulbarga and Kozhikode 0.1 each.
