East: Mainly dry

North: Many places in Himachal Pradesh,Jammu and Kashmir;a few places in Uttarakhand,Haryana,Punjab; isolated places in west Uttar Pradesh,west Rajasthan; mainly dry in east Uttar Pradesh,east Rajasthan.

Central: Mainly dry

Islands: Isolated places in Andaman and Nicobar Islands; mainly dry in Lakshadweep.

New Delhi Max 23 (n) dc Min 8 (-1) dc

Chennai Max 31 (+1) dc Min 22 (+1) dc

A trough of low at sea level lies over south Andaman sea and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal.The western disturbance as an upper air system extending upto 4.5 kms a.s.l. over north Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir now lies over Jammu and Kashmir and neighbourhood.

20 deg North. Above three systems are likely to move eastnortheastwards. The cyclonic circulation over Assam and Meghalaya and neighbourhood has become less marked.
