HSIIDC produces figures to show ‘no loss’ in land deal with DLF

The consultant,based on market prices,valued the project land at Rs 1683.58 crore.

The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) Wednesday claimed it did not incur any loss while transferring 350 acres of land located in Gurgaon’s Wazirabad village to private realty giant DLF.

“No under-valuation of the land was done as alleged by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) and the Corporation has not incurred any loss on this account,” the HSIIDC said in a press statement.
