Govt policy on Pakistan opaque: Cong

The Congress had been attacking the Centre ever since it decided to send Foreign Secretary Sujata Singh to Pakistan.

The Congress on Monday targeted the government over cancelling the Foreign Secretary-level talks with Pakistan and said it has “opaque and incoherent” foreign policy towards Islamabad which has been sending “confused signals” to the countrymen.

The Congress had been attacking the Centre ever since it decided to send Foreign Secretary Sujata Singh to Pakistan on August 25 for talks.
