Army man held for ‘spying’ for Pak

Suneet was brought to Meerut on Saturday.

The UP STF has arrested Army man Suneet Kumar for allegedly passing sensitive details of the Indian Army to the Pakistan-based ISI. The police arrested him on Friday from Kangra in Himachal Pradesh.

Kumar reportedly shared Army details with a girl whom he came in contact with on Facebook. The girl would call the jawan from international numbers, but it is yet to be verified if she hails from Pakistan. The STF is trying to trace her location.

Suneet was arrested on the basis of information revealed by suspected ISI spy Asif Ali who was arrested in Meerut last Saturday. Suneet was brought to Meerut on Saturday.
