The family members of a factory worker, who has allegedly been missing since the Shital Fibres building collapse on April 15,have now threatened to move the Punjab and Haryana High Court over his disappearance if the district administration failed to locate him.

Radhey Mohan’s relatives have been looking for him ever since the building collapse and while his wife insists that he was present in the factory when it came down, she adds that neither the district administration nor the Shital Fibres management are aware of his whereabouts.

“We had recorded our statements with the Commissioner,Jalandhar division S R Ladhar on May 24 and had demanded a CBI enquiry in the matter to know that what actually had happened to Radhey. I have the right to know about him as neither was he rescued nor was his body found,” said Malti Devi,Radhey’s wife. The family on Monday said they will now approach the High Court to ensure that they get justice.
